FPC FC: Crucial Weekend for the Corner

Last updated : 15 April 2005 By Firparkcorner

The Corner will look to end their IFA League season with a win this Saturday against Kicking Squirrels. The Kilmarnock representatives have already defeated FPC this season with a 4-1 victory in January. Fir Park Corner dominated the first half in that match before collapsing during the second period; the team will be keen to prove that they are more than a one half side.

Could this man cause a riot?
Fir Park Corner welcome back Graeme Farmer after two weeks out with an eye injury, he’ll start allowing Ross Mitchell to return to his more familiar position at right back. Both Darryn Alexander and Graeme Ramage return after they missed last weekend’s 2-1 defeat at the hands of Aberdeen. While, Ross Ferguson and Gavin Wallace return to the midfield following a long lay off.

Defender John Hendry is unavailable for the Kilmarnock match. Hendry was hooked during the clash between the two sides earlier in the season after causing a full scale riot. Ross Clark and Michael Anderson also miss out with Malcolm Boyd still missing with a broken collarbone.

Expected Starting 11:

Farmer

Mitchell Ramage Hepworth Speedie

Galloway O’Neill Cunningham D.Hendry

Alexander Lynas
