Motherwell season ticket prices 2008/9

Last updated : 01 June 2008 By Firparkcorner

Adult prices in the East and Cooper stands have increased by £10 and those who choose the O'Donnell stand have to stump up £15 extra. These fairly modest rises (mostly around 4%) keep us at the cheaper end of the table as far as SPL tickets are concerned. Only Falkirk and Aberdeen offer lower prices for a season book.

The only figure which might cause a few raised eyebrows is the cost of a Family Ticket to the Cooper Stand. The whopping 11% rise from 320 to 355 is way out of line from the rest. Maybe the club could explain the reasoning which lead to this figure?

Earlybird prices are available until the end of June and fans can save around a tenner on the full price by taking advantage of this offer. The ticket will include the first domestic cup competition. Current holders will have to buy before June 30 in order to guarantee their seat.

The prospect of another season under the leadership of Mark McGhee can only help to increase ticket sales. The club hopes to have its online ticketing system available soon and there is the promise of an "exciting initiative" when the new website is unveiled.
