Stenhousemuir Preview

And in the last two visits we did not concede a goal. A 3-0 win in 2002 was followed by a 0-0 stalemate last year. This season we head to Stenny following a comfortable 2-0 win over Stirling Albion. All three of our new signings featured in that game and this will give them another opportunity to settle into the side.

Action from last year at Stenny
David Patridge is likely to be out after pulling a muscle on Saturday so either William Kinniburgh or Martyn Corrigan will be partnering Stevie Craigan in the centre of defence.

Stenny don’t have many ex-Dossers on show – Steven Cosgrove is the only player with a notable connection to Fir Park.

Last season Stenhousemuir were rather miserably relegated to the Third Division so anything less than a convincing win will cause same raised eyebrows around our fellow SPL teams. However as nice as it would be to rattle home six without reply, these matches are all about fitness and the result is not overly important. We’ll still win though, another 2-0 seems likely.
