Diary time - post-split fixtures revealed

Last Updated : 07-Apr-2026 by John Wilson

The SPFL has unveiled the post-split fixture list. Motherwell have two at home and three away.

Following round thirty three which will take us to Tynecastle there will be a free weekend before the final five begins on Sunday 26 April with a trip to Ibrox.

The following weekend will bring the last Saturday 3pm kick-off as Motherwell  travel to Falkirk.

The season ends with three games in eight days.  First with a rare Sky Sports pick (only the third of the season) will be an 8pm Saturday visit from Hearts.

Then comes a Wednesday visit from Celtic with an 8pm start followed by a season finale at Easter Road on Saturday 16 May with a 1230 kick-off.

Motherwell will have a balance of home and away games despite having only two at home in the final six.

There’s no doubt that Askou’s team have a tough few weeks ahead but that’s what top six qualification delivers.

The first priority to get a positive result against Hearts on Saturday.

Sunday 26 April: Rangers v Motherwell (3.00pm)

Saturday 2 May: Falkirk v Motherwell (3.00pm)

Saturday 9 May: Motherwell v Heart of Midlothian (8.00pm)

Wednesday 13 May: Motherwell v Celtic (8.00pm)

Saturday 16 May: Hibernian v Motherwell (12.30pm)
