Footloose and Fancy Three?

Below are the views of Paul Farrington from the Latic Fanatic (www.laticfanatic.co.uk) on how Studs, Lee and Ged have settled in to life in the English Second Division. I think a lot of what Paul says sound very familiar and accurate - see what you think............

Stevie McMillan
Since joining Stevie has made the biggest impression out of the three and hehas been injured in the last two weeks. I feel he has established himself asone of the best players in the team. He seems to have pace and skill down the left side and we don't need a winger because he just seems to love bombing forward down the flank. McMillan has a good touch and looks dangerous going foward. I don't think he would look out of place in the Premiership!

Lee McCulloch
Big target man Lee, has scored just two goals since joining. He looks too clumsy on the ball and for his size he just doesn't seem to win headers as easy as the slightly smaller Simon Haworth. He seems to be very inconsistent, one minute he will fire in a great shot and the next he will scuff it and watch it bobble wide. Never seems to know where thae ball is when its in the air and has a very poor first touch. On first impressions he doesn't seem as good as Simon Haworth but his work rate is a lot higher.

Ged Brannan
Ged is a player who I think I will have to reserve judgement on. In the time I have seen him he never seems to get into the game and always looks a yard too slow. His passing always goes backwards and when it does go forwards it goes to the other team! A player who always in on the edge of the game but never quite in it.
