Captain Signs On

After losing Derek Adams and Keith Lasley from our midfield, the re-signing of Scott Leitch had taken on extra importance. The BBC is now reporting that he has signed a one year deal and Leitch has, unsurprisingly, announced how pleased he is to be staying.

The Captain Stays

Our captain is now 34 and had an excellent first half to the season last year. However, a niggling shoulder injury eventually required surgery. He missed a good part of the last few months but presumably he has made a full recovery and will be fit to start next season.

Jason Dair has still not signed a contract for us or anyone else and at the minute our starting midfield could be Leitch, Burns, O'Donnell and A.N. Other.
