Eagle eyed fans will have noticed in previous games that the team wore the old Zoom labelled black tops as they went through their pre match routines. Kit controller Alan McDonald was presented with a set of new tops and they were on show on Saturday. The same tops, complete with MST logo, are available from the club shop.

Supporters' Trusts exist to further the influence and representation of fans in their clubs. Since the formation of the Motherwell Trust in 2002/3 the club has received thousands of pounds by way of sponsorship and donations of various items. In return the Trust now owns, on behalf of its members, over five thousand shares in the club.
