Phil lives on at Fir Park

The pictures below were taken on Edward Street looking towards the ground. The old Main Stand lettering has gone and Phil faces Davie as a reminder of two Well players who are no longer with us.

At the moment the other signs surrounding the stadium still refer to the Main Stand but no doubt that will change before the season gets underway.

The first home friendly on Wednesday evening (23 July) will give fans a chance to see the changes as the side entertain Wolves. This game kicks off at 7.30pm and is the first of three pre-season games against English opposition at Fir Park.
