Phil's Funeral Arrangements

The police visited St Mary's on Thursday morning to settle their plans for the noon service. It is expected that the top end of Cadzow Street (the area in front of the chapel, from Auchingramont Road to the junction with Muir Street) will be closed to traffic to allow supporters to congregate.

It is also expected that the service will be relayed to those outside by an audio feed. No video equipment will be present inside St Mary's.
The church is located on Cadzow Street in Hamilton in easy walking distance of the town centre. It is close to the Town House and a few hundred yards from the Asda complex at the Motherwell side of the town.

The O'Donnell family has asked that the service will be for all Phil's family and friends. A large turnout is expected from the wider football community and representatives from other clubs and organisations will be taken by bus from Fir Park.
