Preview: Falkirk (h)

There is little need for a debate about the Motherwell line up. With no injuries reported we can assume that the usual starting eleven will be given the job. The players will remember the loss we suffered at the Falkirk Stadium earlier this season when we failed to take our chances then conceded the softest of goals to what should have been a harmless Latapy free kick.

Since then we have failed to score in only two of twelve games and (touch wood!) our defence has stopped the gifting of goals. Porter, McCormack and Clarkson have twenty one goals between them to date and that should build confidence.

Falkirk will be on their third consecutive away game and they will be hoping to improve on the 4-0 drubbing at Parkhead and the point they took from Easter Road. Latapy has been on the bench for the last two games and we'll be happy to see him make it three in a row. He has been responsible for much of their better play and if he plays he'll be a threat which we need to counter.

A win would give us a lift before our Boxing Day trip to Ibrox and there's no reason to expect anything else. 2-0 to the Mighty Well.

Remember the last time we played Falkirk?
