Scottish Cup 3rd Round Draw at Fir Park

Last updated : 20 December 2003 By Firparkcorner

Third Round day is widely regarded as one of the best in the Scottish football calendar. Hope, ambition and adventure all combine to give fans of teams large and small a break from league duty and a tilt at glory.

That's the beauty of it, the uncertainty of the draw. Where will we be on January 10? Will we get a tie away from home to another SPL club? Will we be paired with a 'rabbit'? Will we get a home draw and be able to use a season ticket freebie? Will the game be a TV pick and be moved to Sunday or midweek?

Since our famous cup win in 1991 we have had only three home starts in this round.
