Scottish Cup R3

Home ties in the Scottish Cup are a rarity for us but Airdrie away is a good draw. To say that they are struggling at the moment is a bit of an understatement but we should move safely to the fourth round. Even better, a good away day is guaranteed for the 3000 away fans we have who magically appear every January!

The other ties are fairly dull although we are pleased by Aberdeen v Hibs, Dundee United v St Mirren and  Dunfermline v Rangers– threeSPL teams out for sure.

So, was it a good draw? Probably not, utterly average seems a fair assessment. Let's hope we do the business in Airdrie then we'll worry about who comes next!
