The Green Stuff Arrives

The new surface is now being laid on the Fir Park playing area. As yet only a strip a few yards wide is in place along the main stand edge of the prepared ground.

No doubt the sprinklers will soon be busy helping to encourage some root development.

The sub-soil heating system was installed two weeks ago and it looks like everything will be in place for the start of the new season.
