Clarkson, who scored in his last outing for Scotland, did his chances of inclusion no harm by bagging a couple at Tynecastle on Saturday. The A squad face Northern Ireland in a friendly at Hampden next Wednesday (20th August).

Reynolds is included in Billy Stark's list of possibles for the Uefa U21 Championship qualifying match which also takes place next Wednesday. The squad has to travel to Lithuania for this fixture.
