This new community venue, close to Fir Park on Windmillhill Street, will be open from 7pm on the eve of the biggest game for Motherwell FC in twenty years.  As the date draws near the town centre will be decked in claret and amber as local shops and businesses get behind the team.

To help fans get in the winning mood there will be a showing of the 1991 final on the big screen, half time pies and a fully stocked bar.

Trust chairman Joe Smith said, “What better way to get in the mood for Motherwell’s next cup triumph than to spend the evening in the company of fellow Steelmen.  We’re hoping that this will be the first of many celebrations that will follow the return of the Cup to Motherwell for the first time in twenty years.”
