Prediction - Rangers (a)

Rangers will be on an up after gaining revenge over Celtic at the weekend in the CIS Cup Final after their league defeat the week before. They will also realise that a slip up against any side at this stage of the season will be the difference between winning the league and coming second. I do not expect them to be complacent especially as they have already suffered a defeat at the hands of the Mighty ‘Well this season.

Adams will be back in midfield
From our own point of view it is another fixture where we can’t lose. To gain anything from this fixture would be a huge and unexpected bonus so there should be no need for any nerves and we should be looking to play with a freedom that reflects that. All will change of course if we are still at 0-0 with 30 minutes to go!

Pearson is suspended but Adams returns, while Leitch just misses out on getting fully fit in time, although in all honesty it probably will not make any difference to the end result. Rangers to have too much for us on this occasion then, but who cares just forget about it quickly and ensure we do not slip up on Saturday at Stranraer. I will be praying a semi-final berth is ours due to the fact I am certain to be in Scotland Easter weekend.

Rangers 3 - 0 Motherwell
