Its stating the obvious to say we will not be fancied to take anything from this fixture. Rangers are top of the league and desperately trying to bring back the championship to Ibrox. They will be aware that championship contenders have slipped up at Fir Park already this season so our element of surprise will be diminished a little.
Boxing Day fixtures always attract big crowds and create a great atmosphere. Hopefully this will inspire us to a big performance and at some point we will get Rangers under pressure and having to defend. It’s the ideal platform for big performances from McFadden, Pearson and Corrigan and if they do produce it on the day we can snatch a point.
I have a feeling there will be few goals so how about a 2-2 draw? Here’s hoping all of you have a very Merry Christmas and a fantastic Boxing Day.
