Another early addition to the side under David Fraser. Davie Tonner became the oldest player in the side at just 32. His experience shows though with his tactical knowledge and ever inspiring shouts, he is a great benefit to the side, both on and off the field.
Davie has shown he is no slouch whilst in action having chipped in a healthy goal tally so far. He seems to have a real instinct for scoring and a perfect foil for Joe Lynas.
He's probably one of the most knowledgeable Motherwell fans in the side as well. Away from the Corner Davie has had a successful career running football centres across the central belt, something which allows him to arrange the 'Well Trust fives. More recently he became his own boss, running a property business.
