GLF Fanzine on Sale on Saturday

Last updated : 11 May 2007 By Christopher Hutton

As the last issue of the season went to print we had just chucked a couple of points away against Falkirk but still had a seven point gap on St Mirren and an eleven point cushion between us and Dunfermline. So the contributors cast their eye over a dull season of nothing too exciting and looked ahead to our SPL campaign of 2007/08, not for a moment thinking about relegation nailbiters and takeover swoops.

GLF 63
Struggling to choose a back page pic from the vast array of quality jpeg's JWOK supplies us (trust that's sooky enough to keep the arrangement going next season Mr Wilson?!?!) I put in one of Scott McDonald and a referee having a differince of views, not thinking how significant it would soon turn out to be......

Views from our perfect ten include Graham casting his eye over such topics as admission prices and pre-contracts, newbie Alan Easton lets off some steam whilst Del hopes he doesn't have that king-size omelette served up in the next few days!

Top Ten Ted names his second Dream Team of strikers, Geoff Baby quizzes us on penalties as well as logging his teletext report of our recent trip to Inverness and Onlooker questions the SPL, Celtic's pricing structure and our season to date.

It's time to complete this years GLF Poll (although questions 17 and 18 might not be answerable before the 19th of May......), Gav topically looks at the cost of attending games, Andy lifts the lid on the 'Well laws of the game, Ricky Rants at the Pars (and that was BEFORE Monday night!) whilst yours truly reviews a dismal (yet hopefully not ultimately disastrous) 2007 to date.

So with it being as cheap as chips to get in on Saturday, spare a pound for Ricky, Calum, Iain, Andy or myself for your summer reading - and it'll give you something to hide behind if things get sticky against the Saints!!!

This way to the GLF Archive.
