Aberdeen beat Kilmarnock in Tuesday's quarter final replay and their reward is a Hampden meeting with Motherwell on Saturday 14 April.  They needed penalties and now have three players suspended for the semi-final.

A big crowd (9,000) created a fine atmosphere at Rugby Park as the teams battled for the right to face the Mighty 'Well in the semi-final.  But by all accounts it was an awful game riddled with yellow cards.  Aberdeen received six bookings in total and now lose Logan, Shinnie and MacLean for the semi.

After a goalless 90 minutes extra time was needed. Both teams scored but the deadlock remained unresolved.  Aberdeen won the penalty shootout.

The SFA have released some details of the game that will follow the league split in a month. Both BBC and Sky will broadcast the match live and kick-off will be at 1215.
