Next up - Hearts

A goal against the tarts! The game against Hearts will not be easy though.  Despite an injury list which would have crippled many other clubs, Jim Jefferies has managed to fashion together a side which is hard to beat and a genuine contender for the top six.  It is hard to know just what their line up will be like given their injuries but Driver will definitely be out and there is a chance Stewart will be missing as well.  The better side of their situation is that their suspension troubles have cleared up with Jonsson and Kingston both being available.

The Motherwell team will surely be completely different to that which took to the field in Paisley with a return to 4-4-2 looking certain.  Lasley will be recalled to the middle of the park with Jennings while Jutkiewicz, if fully fit, should partner Sutton with Murphy possibly having to settle for a place on the wing or even a seat on the bench.  Jim O'Brien was not particularly impressive in his 45 minutes against St Mirren but his previous performances before illness have probably earned him his starting spot.

Forbes, McGlinchey and Coke are also on the bubble to feature but whoever plays will probably have to be at their very best to win what will be a tight match.  Each contest this season has gone 1-0 to the home side and a repeat of that would do very nicely.

Three points from this match will confirm our top six status and put us in pole position for fifth and the possible European place which comes with it.  A loss will give Hearts plenty of hope once more but we may be left frustrated, if not too disappointed, at another 0-0 draw.
