David Taylor said that the outcome of the hearing would be final and that all parties had agreed to be bound by the result.
The preliminary hearing heard by Lord McLean and two SFA vice presidents took the view that there were grounds for an appeal.
Next Wednesday’s sitting will begin at 1830 and, if necessary, will continue into Thursday. Motherwell will be represented at the hearing (Bryan Jackson was in attendance at Hampden for the preliminaries).
