The ties were drawn at Hampden on Thursday afternoon and Motherwell were last out of the pot with Aberdeen. This will be our first domestic cup game so season tickets should be valid.
Can the current team win the trophy fr the second time in our history?
Our form in this competition is poor. Motherwell have won the League Cup only once in 67 attempts and we've been losing finalists twice. Last year we succumbed to a team of Rangers boys from the then Division 3.

Inverness v Dundee United
Morton v St Johstone
Hibs v Hearts
Motherwell v Aberdeen
The tie will be played on Tuesday/Wednesday October 29/30, though as Motherwell play St Johnstone on Sunday 27th we'll almost certainly play the tie on Wednesday 30th.
