Next up - Hamilton

The Accies will be pleased with their midweek success at Tannadice and, in terms of progress in the top six, so were we! The win moved them off the bottom and they will hope that home advantage might tip the odds in their favour when Motherwell call.

Our hosts have a few injury problems. Antoine-Curier, Gibson and Lyle have been joined on the sidelines by Wesolowski. Neil is rated as 50-50. Mark McLaughlin is available following his two match suspension.

Last time in Hamilton

Craig Brown is unlikely to tinker much with the starting eleven that did so well against Rangers. Coke is now free of suspension and McGlinchey will be looking for a run out. Could Forbes make way? O'Brien was hardly troubled by the uneven surface on Wednesday and he'll be keen to return to the decent pitch at New Douglas Park.

Now that we can claim to be the current 'on form' team in the league it might be that Brown and Knox have to ensure that the danger of complacency is addressed. There is a fine line to be drawn between self belief and over confidence but our experienced leaders will be aware of the risk.

Entry prices in Hamilton are £22/£11 and a healthy travelling support will cross the Clyde in search of the Derby Double. There is no reason to predict other than a win for the Mighty 'Well. Let's have no talk of counting chickens too soon - a 2-0 victory lies ahead.
